Half-Yearly Insights with Innerve, September 2018

We are almost halfway through the financial year and the real estate market has begun to show signs of improvement. And as we enter the festive season, we bring you yet another issue of our quarterly news magazine, Innerve in a new and improved look. This time, the focus is on – our best practices towards delivering world-class products.

The September issue highlights how best practices are an integral part of SOBHA’s work culture and how these have enabled the company to become the most trusted real estate brand in the country. It lays emphasis on the three most important aspects – People, Process and Product. These revolve around transparency, communication, execution, sustainability, social development. We have also captured our practices and processes towards launching a new project under the Thought Pad section.

Besides this, our In Conversation section features the media interview of our Chairman, Mr. Ravi Menon, giving the readers a glimpse into his leadership mantra. Additionally, our regular section of Spotlight highlights some of our noteworthy projects across Bengaluru, Thrissur, Kochi, Pune and Chennai. The other regular columns include What’s Brewing @ SOBHA, Sustainability, Synergy and Perspective.

From this issues, we have started a brand new segment – Musings. It captures people’s experience of working at SOBHA and what it means to them. We have also captured industry trends through the sections Outlook, Home Buyers’ Advantage and Realty Buzz. While the Outlook column puts spotlight on the micro-markets in Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR and Chennai, the Home Buyers’ Advantage enumerates why second home can be a good investment idea along with how millennials are driving housing demand under realty buzz.

September issue brings to you yet another important aspect of our work culture – the work-life balance of employees with Wellness. We hope you enjoy reading all the sections.
